You will grab a jump rope and the clock with be set to 5 minutes.
You will do 5 double unders unbroken and stop. Then 10, then 15 and so on all the way up to 50. When you reach 50, come back to 5. If you get up the ladder and back down the ladder in 5 minutes you are amazing!
If you mess up, you have to start again at that set and cannot advance until you complete them unbroken (i.e. if you are on 20 and you trip at 17, you have to stop and try for 20 again until you move to 25)/
Only the successful sets will be counted in your total score. The perfect score is 500 reps within 5 min.
If you do not have double unders, you will be working alternating feet jumps or single foot jumps. Or practice DU, just DONT DO SINGLES!
