3 x 10 Single arm KB rows
Using a Single KB, we are gonna do some pulls/rows from a standing position. brace the non lifting forearm on the knee of the forward leg. Start KB from floor and row to the chest. Squeeze at top. repeat. do 3 sets of 10 reps. If load is too easy, increase volume to sets of 12 or 15.
