2-2-2-2-2 Squat Snatch

Today we are working on the full snatch, oly style. Make sure you are hitting your triple extension, you are getting under the bar fast and catching in a low squat. Try not to catch in a power and ride it into a squat.
Work up in weight hitting sets of 2 at each weight. They don't have to be touch and go but don't take more than 3 or 4 breaths between the 2 reps.
Score is the largest weight hit for a double.
