Ok so time to test your upper body strength. This is a benchmark for you. You are to complete 3 rds of max rep HSPU.
Can't do a HSPU, then scale to a abmat under you head. Can't do that, try a pike push up on box. Place your feet on box and hands on the ground. Last scale is the feet on the ground and hands on the ground inverted push up or pike scaled push up. This is a test, a marker to see if you are training and making gains in your crossfit journey...please give it a shot. I want to see where we have taken you in a few weeks when we try this again.
