W,Warm Up: Weight
Ok today you are to use this time to practice the skill and use it as a warm up. I want you to do 4 sets of 6 reps. 3 reps R handed, and 3 reps L handed that is one set. Use light weights. No one should be going over 45 lbs. WARM up not show off time.
