0 Strength or Skill: Weight
Complete 5 sets of 3 reps on the bench press, you can build in weight with each set or hold across all sets.  Make sure you take a few mins to build to your working set with at least a 3-4 warm up sets.  Your first working set should be about 80% of your 1RM, or about the time you don't want that last rep.
