Sat, May 5, 2018 at 10:00am 5K Margarita Zombie Run: All runners will receive a Margarita token at the start of the run. 3 Minutes after the runners leave, female zombies leave to chase the runners and earn their margarita token. 5 minutes after the runners leave, male zombies leave to chase the runners and earn their margarita token.

Time to work on the split jerk - start with the bar and focus on foot position and landing stability.  Once you have that, go ahead and get a little heavier until you are at a heavy set of two.  Once your speed slows down, your balance and footwork falls apart, you are done!
