Warm Up: No Results Tracked
Warm up your shoulders anyway you normally do. Band ROM, Static Stretches, light reps with an Olympic Bar.
Then on to our warm up lead by a coach.
First 30 sec hold of Child's Pose R side, then L do each side twice. Look for video of child's pose
Next move into Child's pose Moose Antler's same 30 sec hold each side 2x.
Then grab a band and do active Hamstring stretch 30 seconds behind the head, 30 sec inside to hit I.T Band, and 30 second Exterior to hit groin and adductors.
