CrossFit is designed to keep you motivated while achieving your health and fitness goals. Classes are done in small groups and lead by experienced coaches. CrossFit Naperville, or CFNA, is a diverse community of athletes who support and encourage each other towards lifelong fitness.

You do not need to be fit to get started - we work with folks at any fitness level and have athletes in their 70s/80s.

We do not have machines, mirrors, fancy equipment or a receptionist.

Our approach to training involves a combination of gymnastics, cardio and strength training to prevent plateaus and keep it interesting. While every day is different, you will be tracking your results to help us measure your progress and ensure we are consistently working towards your goals.

To get started, we recommend you do the following:

  1. Complete the New Athlete Registration and check your email for log in info.

  2. Log in and complete the waiver.

  3. Send us an email at info@crossfitnaperville.com to arrange your free assessment. Please understand we are often coaching and unable to answer the phone or respond immediately.

  4. Review our Eating for Fitness Page

    • If your goal is to lose fat, get muscle definition or achieve fitness, you may need to modify your diet as well. The gym is only 1 hour of your day, you need to be careful what you do in the remaining 23 hours to achieve your goals.
