CrossFit of Naperville has been in the business of building athletes since 2008 and we are excited to offer basic Strength and Conditioning classes!


Each class includes a strength building element designed to make your body strong, resilient and ready for anything.  Each class ends with a conditioning workout to get your heart pumping in a supportive team-driven atmosphere.
