CrossFit is a mix of strength, speed, gymnastics and endurance workouts designed to challenge and test you in a fun and motivating environment.
Our workouts vary each day and we track the progress of our athletes to ensure we are delivering results. Each workout is designed to test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.
Classes are an hour long and are lead by an experienced trainer who will ensure each movement is scaled to fit each athletes ability and performed safely.
