Class Schedule

All classes start promptly - please plan to be on time.  Once you are logged in, you can click sign up for the class you wish to attend.  If you do not have log in information, please click here.  


The Early Bird WODs run from 5:00a-6:00a, 5:30a-6:30a and 6:00a-7:00a.  Please sign up for the class starting at 5 and plan to arrive either on the hour or on the half hour.  If you have questions please let us know!


**If you do not sign up for class and arrive late, the coach may lock the door and go home**
