OK so today you are to warm up take 4-5 sets to warm up. Then we are building up in weight up to a heavy double of power cleans, or if you need to work on your Oly lifts, then squat cleans..some of you may squat clean on accident when it gets too heavy that is ok..just means its really heavy.
