Today we are shooting for a heavier than normal press. It's 5 sets of 3 reps. So be careful after a few sets it might get heavy. Remember to BRACE the core, squeeze your glutes to align your hips with your shoulders, pull your bell button toward your spine..and bring that head back, to clear the bar and finish by brining the head back even with the shoulders.
