So for example in min one you must do one pull up, in min two you do two pull up's until you can not complete the number of pull up's in that minute/round and then you are done with the workout. Anything goes strict, kipping, butterfly..only thing you have to do is drop down lock the arms at the bottom and get that chin above the bar
SWOD: Reps Today as part of your strength you are testing your muscle strength as well as endurance. Today you are to do Max unbroken Power Cleans @ 75% of your body weight. Round to the nearest 5 or 10 so if your 75% is 82 lbs. you must use 85. If your 75% is 116 you round to 120. Have fun!!
