Sign up for our “Extended Elements” program. (Below)
Extended Elements Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you want to attend our Extended Elements classes please contact CrossFit of Naperville so you are put on the schedule.
(You must be signed up to attend, as attendance will be limited for each session. Also make certain that you will be able to attend all of the On Ramp sessions. If you will not make all sessions please speak with our trainers to see if accommodations can be made.)

The Extended Elements classes are built to be an introduction to CrossFit and will teach you the basic movement used in CrossFit workouts. You will also begin CrossFit style workouts during each of the classes.

Extended Elements classes will help prepare you to do the workouts alongside our other athletes.

CrossFit is scalable to ANY fitness level.

The hours are set so that Extended Elements classes do not interrupt daily workouts and workouts do not interrupt your class.

Extended Elements Classes typically consist of 6 classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Ensure that you can attend all classes. Two weeks of unlimited gym membership will be included directly following the last class. Contact a trainer to reserve your spot.
