This WOD description posted here doesn’t match what is on beyond the whiteboard. The whiteboard for today says “sandbag squats” and here you say “med ball squats.” Are those the same thing? If I’m wrong I’m sorry, but I just wanted to doublecheck. Please clarify.

It should be sandbag squats, but we do not have 20 lb sandbags. So we will do medball. The workout should not change by much.
