Here is Carolyn and John from the morning crew, getting full extension on their Squat Clean to Thrusters.

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories).
1 minute rest in between rounds.










Both their arms are bent slightly, but I believe this to be the camera man getting them as they are coming down right after their full extension.
I really like the full triple extension that they are both getting.
