Extended warm up… with a partner
2 rounds
100m sprint (out to the 200m turn around)
100m jog (back from the 200m turn around)
10 strict chin ups (partner assist if necessary)
10 weighted push ups @ 30% body weight

21, 15, 9
Back Squat
Ring Dip

    While I have your attention, will my asking to NOT have wall balls for a while receive the same result?? Pretty sure my legs have permanently stopped working…

    Next time, post the Rx’d weight for the squats on the 21-15-9. I wish office chairs were made with their seats about 2 feet higher
