Saturday, June 5th – We will be CLOSED!

We will be headed to CrossFit AMRAP up in Lake in the Hills for Nate’s open house!  The party starts at 10:00am and is scheduled to go until 3pm.

    Thanks Neil!!!! That was very nice of you to give us a shout out like this.

    I realize that it’s a hike to get up there for everyone, but if you have nothing better to do, you should come and crush the WOD.
