7 Clean pulls from above the knee
7 Clean pulls from below the knee
7 clean pulls from the “ground”
1st set - PVC
2nd set – unloaded bar
3rd set – loaded bar (approx 30-50% 1RM)
We are working on passing the knees (keep them back, over you base of support!), hips and shoulders should be moving together, and as you approach your power position, be sure to accelerate and punch the ground with your feet!
