I can’t wait to vomit in honor of your bday! Neil/Luke..remember when there was like 4 of us and we didn’t have to worry about these horrible bday workouts every two weeks….
Also, we may need to have an age cap…The workouts where we have to work with numbers over 30 really hurt.
But then that would include me too.
