SATURDAY MARCH 13th
UPDATE 03/13/2010 – TODAY WORKOUT WILL GO DOWN! RAIN OR SHINE! MEET UP BY 1PM IN FRONT OF BAR LOUIE IN DOWNTOWN NAPERVILLE. ARRIVE EARLY TO FIND PARKING!!!

The exact times are to follow, but it looks like we’ll be weighing in Friday evening, or Saturday morning. Neil and I will be attending a Maximized Living seminar (those details to follow, I suggest you attend if you’re available!), then after that we’ll be meeting up for an outdoor WOD in downtown Naperville.
1:00 PM we will meet at the Plaza by Bar Louie, downtown Naperville.
From here we will guide you through a warm-up, skill work and a workout (WOD). As always, we scale to ANY fitness level.
Once we all crush the WOD, it looks like we’ll be heading over to Bar Louie where we’ll have a section reserved for us, and some drink specials to enjoy! I’m sure we’ll make the rounds around Downtown Naperville, it should be a good night. Let us know if you are IN or OUT if you haven’t already!

Can the design fit on sleeveless T’s for the girls?
Rosanne, I am looking at that. We should be able to, would just need to figure out which one would work.
I am also thinking that we should be able to put this on a pull-over hoodie.
