Even though we’re closed, we have a christmas workout you can do in 4 minutes any where with a stop watch, and the ground.

4 Tabata Rounds Each
Squats
Push-ups

One tabata round consists of 20 seconds maximum intensity, followed by a 10 second rest period.  Rounds are consecutive with no additional rest in between.

Oh!  And the caption above stirs up a good point i want to make.  I put out the challenge to Mike, Jenn, and JD this week.  For all of our members, with every workout we complete Rx’d or scaled, we’re improving our work capacity and physical and mental thresholds.

Don’t be afraid to push yourself.  You know exactly how you’re feeling during the WOD, the trainers can only interperate from your body language, foul language, and form.

So if there’s a workout or movement that hasn’t been crushing you that you are scaling on, try it Rx…  Or ask one of us if there’s a way to improve the movement.  I know I’ll be glad to help.  Your time might suffer, but your work and power output will go through the ROOF!
