The CrossFit Journal recently posted an article entitled “Beauty and Strength.” This was my type of article. NO WORDS!
A more accurate description would be a graphic novel that shows some great pictures of female competitors from the 2009 CrossFit games. We thought we would post this for our guys to oogle at… but more importantly to show some of our female members that there is an elite echelon of femal CrossFitters out there. With the dedication and will power to reach those elite levels, that could be you!
